Fudzilla.com meint zu Wissen, dass der Grafikship der neuen Xbox-Konsole von ATI hergestellt wird. ATI soll auch die Fertigstellung dieser Grafikships gelungen sein. Demnach siedeln sie den Release-Termin der Konsole in Jahre 2012.

Man sollte diese “Information” nur mit Vorsicht genießen, da es sich hierbei nur um einen Gerücht handelt.;)

Meiner Meinung nach ist an diesem Gerücht doch nichts besonderes dran. Die frühe Fertigstellung der Hardwarekomponenten (Prototypen), um sie später im laufenden Entwicklungsprozess noch anpassen zu können, und der Release-Termin ist nicht neu. Das ATI/AMD die Herstellung der Grafikships anscheinend übernimmt, hätte man ja auch erwarten können. Sie waren ja auch schon für die Herstellung der Grafikships der Xbox 360 verantwortlich.
